FAQ
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
The most common materials used in our jewelry are lightweight concrete, gold flakes, gold-plated charms and small links, and 14k gold-filled chains and earrings posts. The concrete is made from a unique blend of cement and fine aggregates which makes the concrete durable yet lightweight. Our necklaces are made with gold-filled chains and our earrings have gold-filled posts. Gold fill is fairly durable compared to gold vermeil and plated because it is made with a thicker layer of gold. It is also hypoallergenic and ideal for sensitive skin.
Although the materials used for our jewelry are made to last, we do recommend that you keep water exposure to a minimum. It is best to remove your jewelry while bathing/showering, swimming, exercising, etc.and that you avoid prolonged exposure to astringents such as perfume and lotion.
We recommend that you wipe the jewelry with a dry soft cloth after each wear, and store it in a cool and dry place to prevent moisture. You can also store it in the gift box provided with each piece.
