  • Standard Shipping is with USPS and is trackable. Expedited Shipping is with FedEx.
  • The above shipping times do not include the 36 hour lead time needed for order fulfillment. Each Doty Chou Objects piece is typically finished within a 36 hour period. Please note this when selecting shipping time for each item in checkout.
  • Due to challenges related to the pandemic recovery, such as short staffing, our shipping partners may be experiencing potential delays. This may result in your order taking a little longer to reach you than we would expect.
  • We please ask for your patience at this unprecedented time. These delays are out of our control so please do leave enough time before getting in touch with us. If you do get in touch, please be sure to give us your order number.

In connection with the Christmas period, and holiday season due to the huge traffic of shipments it is expected to be longer delivery time.

THE CHRISTMAS PERIOD IS ONE OF THE BUSIEST TIMES OF THE YEAR FOR THE POSTAL SERVICES/COURIERS, WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO ORDER IN ADVANCE.

Returns & Exchanges

We are happy to accept exchanges or store credit within 30 days of receipt.

Because each of our pieces are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns. Sale items and custom orders, cannot be returned or exchanged.

For exchange, please allow 5-7 business days after the package has been delivered back to us to complete the exchange process. If there is a price difference between the item being returned compared to the requested exchange item, you will be responsible for the price difference. You will be responsible for paying for the outgoing shipping costs on exchanged orders.

 

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@dotychou.com. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged product in the email.
